Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@anacixem.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
